Terry Mercer President / Creative Director
Terry has been the president, brand strategist and creative director of the Mercer Creative Group since 1990. Over the years, she has produced some of the most comprehensive brand building work done in Vancouver. Operating across the advertising/design spectrum, Terry provides creative direction in classic advertising media, branding and corporate identity, as well as permanent and temporary immersive environments.
She has developed her cultural observations through growing up in Canada, the US, Pakistan, India and Southeast Asia. Terry has gone on to develop her unique aesthetic working in Canada, the US, China, Singapore and Indonesia. Mercer has made a lifelong study of cultural currents and influences. This combined with her natural marketing savvy and visionary approach to creative has developed award-winning brands for her clients.

Deborah Kieselbach Associate Creative Director
Deb has worked as a designer and creative director with some of the top
design studios and ad agencies in Vancouver for 20+ years. Deb is recognized
in the design world, winning many awards and serving as a judge for design awards competitions. With a reputation as a passionate creative, she has worked on such
accounts as Vancouver Opera, Oakridge Centre, Overwaitea Foods, Metropolitan
Fine Printers, Diva at the Met, 18 Karat International, TransAlta and Finning
International. In recent years she has been involved in a variety of development
projects including Sky Towers, Caban and 24.

Mike Wedge Senior Art Director
Mike is a cross-cultural creative designing in Canada for over 20 years - 15 of those illustrious years have been teamed up with Mercer. Wedgie is an intuitive creative producing innovative designs and campaigns that illicit strong reactions with dramatic results. (Mike also happens to be an accomplished photographer specializing in compelling portraits.) It’s fair to say he’s an intense study of trends across many disciplines, markets and cultures, providing exceptional work in a wide spectrum of projects. Mike’s european sensibility has made just about anything look good from cakes to kitty litter.
